Veteran: Mr. Rove, You are No Gentleman

Mr. Rove,
I am a veteran of 22 years service in the US Marine Corps, a patriot with deep love for my country, and an appreciation for the things which have made the United States a great nation. I have been a registered Democrat for all of my adult life, an I embrace those political ideals articulated during the Enlightnment as "liberal." I also consider myself a gentleman -- and have a commission saying so -- so I will not say in public many of those things my viceral response to your words concerning 'liberals' inspire within me.
However sir, I will allow that you are no gentleman. Your words disgrace and discredit those good people who have the unhappy misfortune to share a party affiliation with you. You sully the party of Lincoln, of Eisenhower, and of Reagan with your outlandish and unjustified slanders.
